OUR ROLE
Parents With A Plan is the nonprofit behind Red Bank Thrive. As the organization that operates what happens inside the building, we engage the community, develop expertise in supportive housing, and share what we learn so it can help families everywhere — not just in one building.
Thrive is our housing brand: developing quality, supportive communities built in walkable, urban locations across New Jersey as we grow. Red Bank Thrive is the first project to carry that name.
Parents With A Plan and our partnerships with world-class partners like Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services, Autism Speaks, Steelcase Foundation and more is what makes Thrive more than a building. We're the organization behind the services, relationships, and know-how that are woven into every Thrive community — the promise behind the brand.
